With new .NET Sdk 5.0.100 you can set #fsharp as your default language of `dotnet new`

set the env var

DOTNET_NEW_PREFERRED_LANG=F#

and happy `dotnet new console`

You can switch to other langs with usual `-lang` argument#dotnet
